renovate streets, water pipelines - its 65 years sine this city was annexed in to Soviet union, and still you have problems with water!

Polish pre-war nationalism was stupid and primitive and all intelligent Poles are ashamed of it. Every true Pole is ashamed of the way that Poland before the war treated Ukrainians (destroyed churches, or Akcja Wisla) German fascism was tragedy for all Europe. All correct except i have disagree; People should work for decent money, not for idea. In Poland people used to work "for idea" since 1945 to 1989 and as you know we had massive strikes, riots and protests every 10 years, and when opposition "Solidarnosc" reached 10 millions (25%) of all population (!) comunists had to introduce martial law to surprese the nation. but the had to give up in 1989 as "working for idea" was not tempting option for Poles.

Консул, а тем более ГЕНЕРАЛЬНВЙ консул(если он настоящий профессионал), выражаясь по фене, "должен следить за базаром". После его слов, фраз, после армии переводчиков, рядом с ним стоящих, никаких ЕСЛИ быть не может. Иначе подобное может привести к непредсказуемым последствиям (данный случай - это ерунда, конечно).
Я очень рад, что Вы прояснили мне природу такого ляпсуса, спасибо.

Why Ukrainian police will not "take care" of the bastards offering "services" in front of the consulate? Answer this question and you will know why normal Ukrainian citizens have to queue in front of the consulate.
